Me

I am a 2026 NSF GRF awardee interested in primate behavioral ecology and STEAM outreach. In the Campos Lab at UTSA, I am working toward a master’s thesis on white-faced capuchin monkey behavior for the Santa Rosa Primate Conservation Fund.

Previously, I worked in the Machanda Lab at Tufts to identify links between the social strategies and reproductive tactics of aging male chimpanzees using long-term data from the Kibale Chimpanzee Project. I also investigated how competitive constraints impact foraging behavior in Costa Rican leafcutter ants in the Traniello Lab at BU.

During this time, I co-founded an art-science outreach initiative called LABLINES with Dr. Khoa Tran and completed a senior thesis exhibition showcasing the science and beauty of insect behavior.
